BUTT DAY, BEST DAY
I too strong and not water bam bam! The gluteus Maximus, ass, buttocks, but, ibadi, ukwu and so on as different people call it, is the 2nd most concerned area of the female body after the stomach. Many people who ordered my fitness plan always said i wannna lose weight but not my ass oh (lol). I love my back side too but after i found out the true make up and after I found out the essentials for getting I dream butt I stayed put. Rumor has it that fish oil helps to grow the back side, but nigga's chill that sh*t smells nasty and i'm sure the results are not as permernent as muscle training and a good low carb diet. All you need is just improving you protein intake and healty fats and you are on your way to a nice shape.

Kandy koat was flat as a paper and became a hottie in 5months with doing butt muscle targeting excercises with weights and lesser reps and sets
Bundle of brittnay also garrit good
My best glute workouts include:
1. Lunges
2. Donkey Kicks
3. Deadlifts
5. Locker lunges or chair lunges
6. Single leg bridges
I don't really like squates but love jumping squats though its half of burpees to me and I love burpees.
